RH Photography had the pleasure of capturing the electric atmosphere and the bold flavours of Dipna Anand's newest venture, the launch of The Brilliant Gastro in the heart of Southall. Known for her modern take on Punjabi cuisine and her vibrant, hands on presence, Dipna's latest space fuses traditional warmth with a contemporary urban pub vibe.
This wasn't just another venue opening this was a legacy event, a cultural celebration of The Brilliant brand, and we were proud to be behind the lens for such an important evening (oh and the food was amazing).
Same Legacy, New Chapter in Southall
The evening unfolded like a visual story - not just captured in frames but felt through them. From the start, it was about the atmosphere. Guests laughed, mingled and clinked their glasses over Masala fries, Chicken Tikka Arancini and so many delicious dishes.
Dipna was everywhere greeting her guests, posing for pictures and pasionately talking about her dishes. As the DJ turned up the tempo, the space came alive full of smiles, movement, music, and celebration. The energy flowed inside and out, with the new Brilliant Gastro signage glowing proudly over Southall as night fell.

The Brilliant Gastro pub is an exciting new chapter in The Brilliant legacy - combining family style hospitality with a bold, street food inspired menu. The launch buzzed with energy as guests gathered and celebrated alongside Dipna, her family, her team and a room full of foodies.
We arrived early to start documenting the details, chefs in action, the rustic chic interiors with warm wood finishes, canapés being plated, and drinks being poured behind the bar. Staff were kitted out in their signature black uniforms, freshly embroidered with the Bison Basmati logo - a nod to one of the events supports brands.
